Review reuse before processing.
Older or untested equipment is not automatically waste. A mixed inventory can include reusable instruments, useful parts and assets needing a recycling route. We first identify possible resale or reuse, then discuss the remaining items and the work required.
How recycling work is handled.
We handle work within our capabilities. Equipment needing processing we cannot perform ourselves may be passed to another recycling company. The proposed route and any provider requirements are discussed before collection. No particular certification or downstream provider is implied by a general enquiry.
Describe the equipment and its history.
- Models, approximate quantity, location and known condition.
- Missing parts and anything still installed or connected.
- Known contamination, special materials, batteries, gases or refrigerants.
- Installed storage and any confidentiality or data requirements.
- Access, packing needs and the date you are working toward.
Data requirements come before collection.
Equipment with installed storage may be accepted. Data sanitization may be handled directly or through a contractor. Tell us the required method, records and restrictions before scheduling, so we can confirm whether the proposed work can meet them. A collection request is not confirmation that data has been removed.
Ask for the exact records your organization needs.
Collection records, inventory reconciliation, recycling documents and data-sanitization records serve different purposes. We do not automatically promise certificates, audited recycling or a particular data standard. Confirm the provider, scope and available documentation before you authorize the work.
Collection and processing terms are individual.
Quantity, handling, site access, processing requirements and location affect the project. There is no blanket free-pickup promise. Our team can discuss disassembly, packing and transportation for agreed assets, with responsibility and costs addressed in the project terms. We do not operate a public drop-off location.
Start with a list or overview photos.
See the recycling pickup checklist and data requirements guide. We review projects across California, Oregon, Washington State and Nevada. Equipment outside the buying scope needs separate acceptance for any recycling project.
