Technical equipment liquidation and inventory buyouts.

Relocating, consolidating or closing a technical space? We can review the equipment from an entire location as one project, within our buying scope. The premises must be prepared for agreed work.

One location can contain several routes.

We prefer larger groups of test, measurement, semiconductor, laser and compact industrial assets. Whole-inventory purchase is possible, subject to checks and an agreed list. Some assets may fit an auction or recycling route instead; identify what is excluded, belongs to another party or must remain.

Prepare the premises before work begins.

The site must be prepared for the agreed removal. Confirm authorization, access, loading arrangements, connected utilities and responsible site personnel. Identify specialist disconnection, cleaning or process-related work before scheduling. Do not leave those requirements to be discovered during collection.

Equipment removal has a defined boundary.

Our team can discuss disassembly, packing and transportation of agreed equipment. Building restoration, repairs to premises and work on engineering systems, electrical services, ventilation and communications are not included. Large industrial machinery is not accepted. Any post-removal tidying is a separate scope item to agree rather than an assumed broom-clean commitment.

Separate assets that cannot be sold.

Leased, financed, encumbered and third-party assets are not accepted. Mark them in the inventory and keep them outside the removal list. Confirm who can approve the sale and provide site access. Only the equipment identified in the agreed transaction is included.

Checks, price and handling terms.

Final purchase price follows equipment checks and reflects condition, completeness, demand, lot size, disassembly and transport costs. Payment is by direct wire transfer after agreement. Handling responsibilities, costs, excluded work and the collection window are confirmed for the project.

Start before the removal deadline becomes urgent.

Send the site location, rough volume, list or room-level photos and your desired completion date. We aim to respond within 24 hours; this is an initial response target, not a pickup commitment. Use the facility clearance checklist and inventory guide to prepare the first review.
