Website terms.

Website information helps you decide whether to request an equipment review. Each transaction and service project requires its own agreed scope and terms.

Submitting information for review.

Provide equipment information that is accurate to your knowledge, identify unknowns and disclose known faults, missing components, ownership restrictions and special conditions. An enquiry is not an equipment acceptance, completed purchase offer, recycling authorization or auction agreement.

Purchase and payment arrangements.

Final purchase pricing follows equipment checks. The agreed transaction identifies included assets, price, payment and release arrangements. Direct purchase payment is by wire transfer after the price is agreed. Leased, financed, encumbered and unauthorized third-party assets are not accepted.

Work and responsibility are agreed for the project.

Before work is scheduled, confirm disassembly, packing, loading, transportation, charges, access, site preparation, exclusions and responsibility for handling or damage. The premises must be prepared for agreed work. Building restoration and work on engineering systems are outside our scope. Website wording does not replace these project-specific arrangements.

Recycling, data and auction projects.

Recycling acceptance, processing providers, data methods and documentation must be confirmed individually. Auction projects have a seller commission and separately agreed platform, costs, reserves, settlement and unsold-lot arrangements. No auction proceeds, collection date or certificate is promised by an initial enquiry.

Equipment brands and external websites.

Brand names identify equipment interests and do not imply affiliation or manufacturer authorization. External platforms have their own terms. Site information describes the current scope and may be updated as services and arrangements change.

Questions about these terms.
