1. Share models, quantity and location.
Send an inventory list or clear photos, known condition, approximate volume and preferred timing. Company ownership and any access, data or special-material concerns help us understand the scope. You do not need a polished spreadsheet.
2. Discuss fit and equipment checks.
We aim to respond within 24 hours. We clarify categories, completeness, site requirements and the appropriate checking process. Photographs support the review, but the final purchase price is determined only after equipment is checked.
3. Agree the transaction and work.
For a purchase, agree the equipment included and final price. Direct wire transfer is the payment method after price agreement. Confirm payment and release timing, packing, labor, access, collection costs, damage responsibility and excluded work before scheduling. Auction projects have an individually agreed commission and terms.
4. Prepare the site and any data requirements.
Have the premises ready for the agreed removal. Disclose storage devices, contamination and special handling requirements early. NDA, sanitization methods and documentation need to be agreed before restricted information or equipment is released.
5. Carry out the agreed handover.
Our experienced team can handle agreed disassembly, packing and transportation. Confirm which assets leave, what stays and the contact responsible for release. Building restoration and engineering-system work are excluded.
Start with the inventory checklist or compare selling, recycling and auction routes.
